Our Year 6 pupils had a fantastic time during their Forest School session, enjoying the outdoors, developing new skills and working together.

💙 Father's Day Celebration
Our Father's Day event was a fantastic afternoon, and it was lovely to welcome so many fathers and father figures into school. Beat the keeper was certainly one of the highlights and was enjoyed by children and adults alike! A huge thank you to our wonderful PTA for organising another successful event and for everything they do to support our school community.

Yesterday afternoon our current Year 3 children welcomed the Year 2 classes for a special transition session. Working together in mixed groups, the children took part in a range of creative art activities, giving them the opportunity to get to know one another, explore the Year 3 environment and begin building new friendships ahead of September.
It was wonderful to see our current Year 3 pupils acting as fantastic role models, showing kindness, encouragement and teamwork throughout the afternoon. They demonstrated our school values beautifully by helping younger children, sharing ideas and making everyone feel welcome.
There were lots of smiles, creativity and laughter as the children collaborated, communicated and supported one another. We are incredibly proud of how they represented our school and look forward to welcoming our new Year 3 for their transition day with their new teacher next week.

We’re excited to announce a Non-Uniform Day on Thursday 2nd July!
On this day, children are welcome to come to school in their own clothes. In exchange, we kindly ask for a donation of a bottle of fizz (e.g. prosecco, wine or soft drink), which will support our upcoming Summer Fayre.

As we prepare to join our new Trust, our children have been taking part in a wonderful collaborative art project celebrating our shared identity as a family of schools. Every school within the Trust has been invited to create a collection of individual pieces of artwork which will be combined digitally to form a spectacular mosaic of St Raphael's wings. Each child's contribution represents an important part of this shared creation, symbolising how every member of our community has a unique role to play as we begin this exciting new chapter together. We are incredibly proud of the creativity, care and enthusiasm our children have shown, and we look forward to seeing the completed artwork unveiled in the coming months.

The Quarter finals of the St Marie's TT Rockstar World Cup have come to a close. There were some incredibly close battles between classes but thankfully no penalty shootouts were needed. Congratulations to the classes that have progressed to the Semi final stage, the Semi finals will kick off on Monday until the 9th July. As in the World cup, each match had a player that stood out and so congratulations to the MVP from each year group. Well done to all who took part.
